Installation & getting started
What credentials do I use to Log in?
Email and Password from the network where you signed up an account.
You can also use your Skype ID instead of the Email.
What do I need to get started?
You will need the following:
- an account registered on one of the supported networks: Minutizer, Spectrali
- download and install the app on your dedicated smartphone
- Call charging service activated
The application runs only on an Android 4.4+ based smartphone.
It needs a live Internet connection (WiFi, 4G, 3G) to identify incoming callers and charge identified members during a call.
Also, consider using a dedicated phone number (SIM) for your business needs and if necessary a dedicated phone.
What do my clients need to call me and be charged?
They need the following:
- account set up on the same network where you are registered:Minutizer, Spectrali
- account loaded with enough funds to call you (min $25)
- your phone number, dedicated to use with the Call Charging service
Incoming calls and what to expect
What happens when I receive a call from a member?
The application will connect to our servers and identify the caller as a member.
It will then display a popup overlay informing you that the caller is a member and whether it has enough funds in his or her account to call you.
What happens when I receive a call from a NON member?
The application will connect to our servers and identify the caller.
If the caller is not identified as a member you can go ahead and treat the call as you normally would.
Can I charge any caller?
No.
Using the mobile application, you can only charge clients:
- that have an account on the same network as you do
- and have enough funds to call you

What happens when the caller runs out of funds during the call?
If you are in a call with a member and his funds would be fully consumed, the call will be closed by the application.
We respect your time and therefore you will not have to work for free.
Your client will receive an SMS message letting him know why the call has been stopped and inviting him or her to fund their account to continue the call further, if they want to.
